I am happy to see your enthusiasm.And wanting to work in company like Google is a aspiration for any student .its true that there are off placements for google.there is nothing like google only hair people from iits.google also hair freshers from nit also.A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a good academic record. Good knowledge in Internet, web-search, online advertising, numerical analysis, fraud detection, and e-commerce. Strong hold on any of the basic programming languages like C, C++ or Java. this may help you to get your dream job.
