You can go for BA(Hons). In Chinese which is a full time 3 years course.
For that you must complete 10+2 with 45% minimum score from any recognised board.
Also you will have to give JNUEE 2020.
Eligibility criteria for JNUEE are as follows:

• You must have completed 10+2 from any recognised board with 45% score.
  
• Your age should be 17+ years old.
  

The application process will start from 2 March 2020. The last date for application will be 31 March 2020.
The exam will be from 11 May to 14 May 2020.
