Hey

Start early. Start your preparation from now along with your studies.Familiarise yourself with the exam pattern and the syllabus.Read current affairs and books.Always start your basics with NCERT books based on History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Indian Society, Science & Technology Chemistry. You need to give at least 6 months completely for studying. Just read these books and try to complete it as soon as you can. Also you can start your preparation even from your second year.Try to prepare yourself as early as possible that would be beneficial.
