You need to give NEET Ug entrnace exam for Medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMs, BHMs, BUMS.

NEET UG is accepted by majorty of top colleges.

You can alternatively also appear for MHTCET, AIiMS, JPiMEr, COMEDK, etc.
