It is possible to become an IAS officer right after completing 12th standard

In order to become anIAS you must apply for CSE exam conducte by the UPSC ,u must also crack the exam (prelimi, mains and interview)in order to get selected for the training.

the basic eligibility criteria required to appear for this exam-candidat must posses graduate degree from a recognised university.

So ,12th passed students can’t appearfor this exam right after 12th.after completing 12th they must complete graduation first .

IAS and IPS officers are most eligible and prestigious posts under Civil service examination.

However after 12th tgey need to first complete graduation in any stream which is eligibility criteria and only tgen go for Civil service examination.

To become an IAS Officer, candidates need to apply for CSE exam conducted by UPSC. They must also crack the exam with  (preliminary, mains and interview) for  getting selected in the training.

CSE is time consuming examination. so u have to be dedicating person. also u must have know everything about that exam like depth of syllabus and requirments of this exam from any upsc aspirant.

for this exam u must have following 3 things

  1. lots of hardwork with smartwork
  2. motivation
  3. perfect guidance

that's all u need to crack this exam. and anyone can crack this exam if they have those things.

If u want to be an IAS then u must be aware about the all issues which are happening around u. For that read any national newpaper daily. make it habit. I suggest The Hindu newspaper

u can start your preparation by downloading the syllabus and exam papers. it will give u an idea about that exam .

then after analysation of syllabus and exam papers without wasting even little time u must start to read NCERT books. (selected books) All books are available at online too. so u can downlaod it. during reading try to link those topics with upsc syllabus.

then again go through exam papers of last 5 years minimum. try to link it with syllabus of NCERT and solve it.

now u have complete base of this exam built in your mind.

As u have 3 years so u can give 6 months max to whole process. but make sure not more than this.

then its time to go through advance books. also choose an optional in which u have interest or u r doing graduation in that. but u must have interest in your optional subject.

but with that u must revised NCERT once in 15 days. and also along with that do revision of advance books. allot sunday for just revision which u read in 6 days.

with all that u must do writting practice. includes speed of writting and speed of thinking on any perticular issues. this can develope only when u do practice. u must have analytical power for writting ‘mains’ of this exam.
