Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great. Following GNM, one may register as an R.N.R.M. nurse with the State Nurse Registration Council. One may then go to work and gain some experience. With this qualification, students can enroll in the BSc Nursing (Post Basic) programme offered by institutions recognized by the INC. One who successfully completes the Bsc programme will receive a nursing degree.
The career prospects can be improved with a B.Sc. in nursing or a Post Basic B.Sc. in nursing course. The salary opportunities for GNM graduates in India are slightly better than those for ANM graduates despite being one point higher.
