The program M.D stands for DOCTORATE OF MEDICINE. The course lasts for three years.
JNMC is a private university situated in Belagavi, Karnataka. It was established in 1963. The courses that the college offers are M.D., M.S., M.P.H., D.M., M.Ch., M.B.B.S., and Post Graduate Diploma Courses.
Every year, there are 200 seats alloted for M.B.B.S. The eligibility for the same is a score of 50% in Senior Secondary Education in the stream, PCB with English as the core subject.
The eligibility criteria for the courses MD, MS, and PG diploma's is a minimum of 55% score in M.B.B.S. from any recognized university. The selection of M.D and M.S is based on NEET-PG. The M.D. course has a total seats of 105 per specialization.
The admission of the candidate is based on their score on KLEU - PGAIET exam in which a minimum of 50% marks is required to score.
The minimum attendance required to sit for exams is 75 percentile. The fees for the first year for the program, MD Pathology is Rs 83,00,00. The grand total for the three years sums upto Rs 24.7 lakhs.
The cutoff rank range for the course, MD Pathology for the General Category OR (Opening Rank) was 44542 and CR (Closing Rank) is 46965 in the year, 2018 in Round 1.
