I commend your wise thinking and efforts.  The cutoffs of previous year were: 58437 for round one and 73803 for round two, for SC category. However, I think rather than brainstorming to this degree, you should use this year's declared cutoffs and seat matrix for reference too. Refer to this link,  it might be helpful.
