I was absent in board exam this year, I've also provided medical certificate so my school principle has wrote a letter to cbse to allow me to give exams next year as regular candidate!! Will i be regular or not?

yes you will be considered a regular student since you have decided to re write the exam. you can just study as a normal student and write the exam as a normal student. only if you had failed the exam and were writing a score improvement exam then you would be taken as a special case.
