i was allocated a seat in mopup round counseling ,i was not willing to join the seat ,its a private college from government quota , should i need pay penalty 😭😭am from a middle class sir ,i don't know what am gonna do , please help out maam

Hello aspirant,
You don't have to pay "penalty" or any sort of amount if you don't finally lock your choice after the mop-up rounds. If you are not willing to join the seat then you don't need to. But remember, you cannot go back to the choices you were allotted during the first three rounds of counseling.
Try out alternative competitive exam options instead.
