Hello,

In counselling procedure, your chance of getting a seat is evaluated in the order of your choice filling i.e. the college that you have selected at the 1st position of your choice list will be judged first based on your rank and if you don't a seat in that college then then next college in your choice list will be checked. This process continues until you get a college from your choice list.

Since, you have been allotted same college in the second round as well that means that in the second round of counselling as per your rank, you didn't get any seat in the colleges that you have selected before your allotted seat in your choice list.

Hope it helps!

Good luck!
