I was allotted a college but I didn't take admission in it in the first cap round. Am I now out of all the cap rounds?

if a seat is alloted to you the u must have been fix it by giving the initial amount and confirmed the seat . now tghe seat which was alloted to you must had been given to someone else . now wait for the second round.
