I was allotted in b-tech college in ts EAMCET counselling and paid the full fee. also I was selected under b category in ts college . is there any chance to refund the fee from the college. vice versa

Do you mean to say that you want refund of the fees amount you paid for your TS EAMCET Counseling seat ? If yes, then I'm providing information based on it.
No need to worry, you can cancel the seat you got through TS EAMCET Counseling and they'll refund the amount within few days.
As you got B-Category seat you can join in that College and cancel the seat you got through TS EAMCET Counseling.
