Yeah you can secure definitely if you have some home state quota in northeast state like nit Nagaland nit Manipur etc. Also sitsin your state counselling college.if you havehone more chancecthen go for itijzt try to secure a seat in government institute becoz after 4 yrs you will not regret of paying 2500000 for btech in some private university and not securing any package in government college you will be getting good knowledge I am also the part of all these things I chose government college and now I am scoring good in college now everyone recognise me as a topper in my colle get.

With this rank it will be very difficult for you to get admission in any of the participating institutes in the CSAB counselling. With this rank you can get admission only in the north-eastern NITs if you have the advantage of home state quota as well as of luck. Therefore it will be best that you try for admission in other colleges. Hope this helps.

First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance and I would like to tell you that based on your rank in general category and considering the fact that you belong to Obc category it is very difficult for you to get a seat in government college like nits or gfti so if you were to take my opinion then I would suggest you that don't fully depend on special round counselling, also look for another college where you can take admission.
