I was born & have birth certificate from Rajasthan. Whereas raised & completed my education from Maharashtra. Now, my parents don't have caste certificate & to apply for central govt exam, will need Central OBC NCL Certificate. So can u plz guide about right process & required documents?

To get OBC-NCL certificate you can apply to the near by taluk office for Central OBC -NCL. If you need for the state OBC -NCL certificate you have to apply to the near by village office .
The documents required along for getting OBC-NCL certificate are as below
1. The candidate's AADHAR CARD, Birth certificate, class 12 mark sheet.
2.The candidate's parent caste proof certificate (if your parents have there both caste certificate /your parent 's class 12 mark sheet where there caste is mentioned as a proof ).
3. Your parents salary slip (only applicable if you are applying for income certificate)but some office ask for them so take it along to the office .

I have some doubts if u can help me with those.
1. My birth certificate is from Rajsthan (native state & my adhar address is of Maharashtra (Current living state)
2. My father doesn't have caste certificate & he is just 9th pass so he doesn't have 12th/10th marksheet.
3. With above challenge how can i create Central OBC certificate?

1. The state of birth doesn't matter with the aadhar card.
2.If your father doesn't have caste proof then go for with your mother's caste proof.

Vinesh for the caste certificate it is always necessary to get the proof that you belong to that particular caste which is asked for sure by the authority,it depends on that which you get certified with the caste certificate.
