Hope you are doing fine! The eligibility criteria To appear for NDA exam a candidate must be between 16.5 - 19.5 years of age. For year 2023 to appear for NDA 1 a candidate must be born in between 2 July 2004 - 1 July 2007. So based on your age calculation you won't be eligible for NDA 2023.

The age eligibility criteria to be eligible to appear for NDA is that a candidate's age must be in between 16.5 years to 19.5 years.

The dates given by UPSC for NDA 1 2023 are:

Only unmarried male/female candidates who are not born after July 2, 2004, and before July 1, 2007, are eligible to appear for NDA Exam 2023.

As you were born on 17th March 2004 you will be eligible for NDA 2023.
