Hello aspirant,

No, you will not be eligible for UPSC 2025. This is because the exam's age requirement is that students must be at least 21 years old on August 1st of the year it is administered. Since you will turn 21 on December 15th, 2025, you do not meet this age requirement. You're going to be qualified for UPSC 2026.
