Inorder to apply for the national level entrance exam like  JEE mains and NEET you have to be in the Class 12th for that and accordingly if you will in the Class 12th in the year 2020 then yaah surely you will be able to write the JEE mains and NEET entrance exam.

There is no minimum age limit to appear for JEE and NEET. Only requirement is that you need to have 10+2 years of education. If you still have any doubts, you can refer to this link below.
