As per neet Pg eligibility you can apply for Karnataka pg seats because you have done your mbbs from Karnataka   .

Hello,
According to NTA guidelines you are eligible for seats in the state in which you have done MBBS and the state of which you are a domicile, that is the state in which you have studied for 6 years.
According to this you will be eligible for state quota in both Karnataka and Kerala.
