I was born on 1993 June 24.Can I apply forSBI/IBPS PO Exam in 2023? Please reply

The age of candidates wishing to appear in SBI/IBPS PO should be between 21 to 30 years as of April 1, 2022. For example, for SBI/IBPS PO, the official advertisement said that candidates must have been born not later than 01.04.2000 and not earlier than 02.04.1991. However, there is also a provision for age relaxation for certain categories of aspirants which are as follows-

• SC/ST- 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)- 3 years
• PWD (SC/ ST)- 15 years
• PWD (OBC)- 13 years
• PWD (Gen/ EWS)- 10 years
• Ex-servicemen- 5 years
• Candidates who are domiciled in Kashmir division of the state of J&K between 1 January 1980 and 31 December 1989- 5 years

If you belong to the UR/General category, then you're not eligible for SBI/IBPS PO 2023 exam.

See it all depends upon the release of notifications of SBI and IBPS PO exams because if there would be any clause that states "the candidate should not have exceeded the age limit of 30 years on or before June 24th pr whatever would be the date of release of notification" then you will be eligible for both the examination because you will be in your 30th year in 2023 and maximum age limit  for PO examination is 30 years for unreserved candidates so if exceeded then you are not eligible for either SBI/IBPS PO if you belongs to Unreserved or General category.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SBI/IBPS PO:-

>>>>> Age of the candidate should be in the range of 21-30 years with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST category and 3 years for OBC category.

>>>>> The candidate should have at least graduation degree in any discipline including B.Tech./BA/B.Com..... and so on.

>>>>> For General category maximum number of attempts allowed are 4.
