To be eligible for UPSC 2024, you must be at least 21 years old as of August 1st, 2024, but you will be 21 on August 23rd according to your date of birth, therefore you will not meet this requirement. Therefore, you will be qualified for the UPSC in 2025.

No. You are not eligible sincere birth date is 29 August 2003. You need to be at least 21 years old to be eligible as on 1st August 2024 for UPSC 2024 but you fail to fulfil this as you will 21 years old on 23rd August 2024 with your date birth i. e after 1st August 2024 and thus not eligible for UPSC 2024. you will be eligible in 2025.
Eligibility criteria for UPSC includes
-You must have a bachelor's degree in any, discipline from a recognised university.
-Minimum age limit :- you need to be at least 21 years old to be eligible as on 1st of August of the year of filling the form i. e as on 1st August 2021 for UPSC 2021.
-Maximum age limit :- 32 years , also there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc and of 5 years for sc/st category.
After qualifying the examination you will be called for an interview.
