According to the age criterias set up by the UPSC, the body which conducts the NDA examination the candidate needs to age between 16.5-19.5 to be eligible for appearing. So following that a candidate must be born between July 2, 2004, to July 1, 2007. Hence you will not be eligible to appear for the entrance test.
