To be eligible for National Defence Academy (NDA 1 2022) a candidate must be not born earlier than July 2, 2003 and not later than July 1, 2006. And to apply for NDA 2 2022 a candidate must be not born earlier than January 2, 2004 and not later than July 1, 2007. You are born on December, 2003 which is earlier than January 2, 2004 which makes you ineligible to apply for NDA 2 2022. So you are not eligible to give NDA from this year. You have exhausted your eligibility to apply for NDA Entrance Examination. The NDA eligibility criteria are decided by the Union Public Service Commission. Candidates willing to appear for NDA exams can apply for the same only if they fulfill the prescribed NDA Eligibility Criteria.

For NDA 1 2022, the candidate must have the DOB in the range July 1, 2003 to July 2, 2006. SO yeah! you are eligible for the examination.
