Karnataka Examination Authority(KEA) will conduct the Karnataka PGCET for admissions to M.Tech programs through offline mode. The application forms have to be filled online. The candidates that have qualified GATE need not appear for the exam but they need to fill the application form.
As for eligibility criteria and your question, the candidates should have studies in an institute in Karnataka for a minimum period of 7 years from class 1 till undergraduate program. He should have been a reisdent of Karnataka for at least 7 years. Si, if you satisfy these criteria, you are eligible to apply.
