I was completed my course Diploma. So is there any opportunity to write JEE Mains & Advance to get seat in NIT

Yes all dioloma students are permitted to appear for JEE Mians for NIT.

The candidate must have secured atleast 45% aggregated marks (40% for SC/ST categories) and is allowed for admission subject to cutoffs in second year of Engineering directly.



The cutoffs are generally on higher side as there are limited seats allotted for Diploma Holders into various Institution for Engineering.



However, JEE advanced is also necessary to get hrough most coveted IITs.



JEE Mains is only accepted by NITs, GFTIs, IIiTs.
