I was detained in final year of my Engineering due to backlog in my 3 SEM. I cleared my backlogs and completed my engineering in 5 years ?

Yes as mentioned in the eligibility that you must lie in the age group of 21-30 and must hold a bachelors degree from a government recognized institute and dont have any active backlogs
