Neet 2021 eligibility criteria is provided below:-
* you should be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021
* you should be either appearing for your 12th board examination in 2021 or should have already passed it with English and physics chemistry and Biology and should have good at least 50% in aggregate of PCB i. e physics ,chemistry, biology if you belong to general category or at least 40% aggregate in in PCB if you belong to OBC SC or St category.
Now,
You have discontinued your 12th , so you don't fulfil Neet eligibility criteria as to be eligible you should be either appearing for your board examination 2021 or should have passed your 12th.
Thus, you are not eligible for Neet examination.

It is mandatory to complete class 12 to write NEET exam. The eligibility criteria for NEET is to have 50% aggregate percentage in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English for general category and 45% for reserved categories from a recognised board. So, you cannot sit for it without completing your class 12 examination.
