i was discontinued my diploma. i am not completed my 12th but now I'm doing B.com degree in gitam open University. can i apply for upsc exam???

Hii!
The basic eligibility criteria for applying into UPSC examination is that the candidate must have completed the graduation degree in any subject discipline from a recognised University. So, yes. After you complete your graduation degree, you can apply for the examination. But, to be on a safer side, you can enroll as private candidate via an open University or school and complete your class 12th examination.
