I was failed in 12th exams in 2019 from UP board. Now I am again doing intermediate. I am in 11th standard now. I will give the examination of 12th from UP board again in 2021. Can i able to be a JEE aspirant in 2021? How many attempts will i get in mains and advance examinations of JEE?

Since, you have started you HSC as a fresh candidate and if you will appear in class 11th and 12th again you will get same chances in JEE as every candidate.JEE takes place twice every year and you cam appear in JEE in 3 consecutive years so basically you have a total of 6 attempts in JEE mains.
For JEE advance, you will get two attempts in consecutive years and the year of passing 12th board will be counted as the first attempt even if you fail to appear in advance in the year of passing 12th board exam.
