i was filling form for bitsat 2020 but at the time of payment i step back due to some reason and when i again log in to my id it shows that application form is successfully submited and payment pending. but there was no link to complete the payment what should i do now?

no worries it happened with me as well.
check network connectivity. still its not happening call on the query number and ask them about this. you should not drop BITSAT, it'svery important.

I called them but due to corona virus issue help desk was closed.can i refill the form with different mobile number and email id. As the payment was not deducted.give me a solution beacuse last date is on 31st march 2020

These kind of problems arise sometimes depending on various reasons such as, too much traffic on the site, poor internet connectivity, periodic shutdown of the portal etc., What you can do is, log out, refresh the page, login again and check. If the problem still remains, contact the helpdesk. They will surely look into it.

Yes you can If you feel like....just try few more times and then If there no solution, go for it. But, with a Different email id and a Different phone number.
