Hope you are doing great ! , Very sad after hearing your this incident that you could not fill the form of cucet , see we are very sorry but we cant give you false hope of filling di form again now the time has gone , you may try other universities than DU , what was you doing when the forms were out ? That's why we always ask to stay connected with us . Now in this situation , you may once visit the DU administration in Delhi , they may charge a high fees ,may be there could be some help . Go for it
