I was filling my fmge 2021 June application form, while I was paying the fee my transaction failed but fee(14160) was deducted, so I have filed complaint help desk It's has been 5 months and still my amount is not refunded .. Please How to resolve this.
This is a very unoften kind of a problem. Firstly you should try to contact the organizer of the examination and get the problem discussed. They will surely give you some details. Also you should go and talk to your branch manager and get the problem discussed, if there are any issues from the bank side then they will also give you some updates. I wish your problem get solved soon.
