i was filling my jee mains form after i completed my first step it is showing that "form with same credentials already exist" how should i register my form

Form with same credentials already exists shows in JEE application form fill up because you are registering again as new registration you need to login as existing user from there you can continue with your form process.do not register again and again try to login to complete your form.
