As per your said marks and as per the last year cut off trend for the telengana state under the state quota and the st category benefit, you may have some chances to get government medical college.

ReplyAnd if you want to apply with all india quota for Telangana state then you have no seat to grab even with st category also.
Then may be you have to try for any private college to go with.
You have chance for private colleges to go.
