I was going to get my engineering degree in 2020 but due to the covid 19 situation my final year exams got delayed so can I use my 7th sem marksheet as eligibility criteria in gate 2021?

Yes, since your terminal end exams got completed just very recently that means in this month so you cannot get your provisional degree / 8th semester(4-2) mark sheet since the final date for applying is September 30. so if you have 7th semester(4-1) marksheet with you then you can submit it as eligibility document.
