Yes,  since your terminal end exams got completed just very recently that means  in this month so you cannot get your provisional degree / 8th semester(4-2) mark sheet since the final date for applying is September 30. so if you have 7th semester(4-1) marksheet with you then you can submit it as eligibility document.
