Hi Kunal,
Can you please elaborate and tell us what mistakes you made while filling out your application form? However if the mistakes are very minor it should not hamper anything. though i would recommend you to contact the officials of AIIMS in order to be sure.

Sorry to say,if you have done any major error in your form,and not corrected within stipulated period of time then your form will be rejected.
