Hi
When it comes to motivation then the biggest motivation is why you want to clear Neet? it's because you want to become a doctor, every time you will think of wearing that white coat and stethoscope it will be your driving force for your studies
To concentrate and avoid wastage of time and distraction ,follow the below tips:-
Don't keep your mobile near you while studying, as mobile is the biggest distraction while studying
Make a routine, and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around things i.e study, revise and practice . Routine will help you to eliminate procrastination
Don't study a single subject for long hours as it makes you feel bored, keep changing the subject after every 2-3 hours
Allow short breaks of 20 to 30 minutes in between your studies to refresh your mind
You should practise at least 80 to 100 numericals and mcqs in Each chapter , practicing question helps your brain to be active other than reading only theory
Solve previous year questions
once you are done with the complete neet syllabus go through mock test papers
Thank you
