Hi,

Well some Colleges have their policy under which if a student fails to take admission or cancels his or her admission after getting a seat then he or she will have to pay a security amount to cancel the seat, provided that student already took admission or completed the admission process in the college and then cancelling the admission. So if that's the case with you then you will have to pay the security fee to get your documents back.
