i was shortlisted for iphd in iisertvm but didn't able to get iiser. is there any benefit of shortlisting??

Hello student, I phd means integrated PHD which consists of one year for ebc and three years for PhD course which is similar which is similar with MSc statistics of 1 year and PHD for 3 years. There will be recommendable benefit from shortlisting of candidates for your side. W i s e r means in Indian institute of science research and education which conduct these I PhD program.
