Hello Aspirant,
As we know that there is neither maximum age limit nor limit on number of attempts for NEET so you can appear again for NEET but as you have mentioned that you quit the Physiotherapy course mid-way so your highest qualification will be of class 12th and you will considered as Dropper and hence you will have to use the NEET Qualification code as 2.
Apart from the above criteria, you will be eligible for NEET if you passed class 12th examination with minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology if you belongs to General category,40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD certificate holders. Also note that in your curriculum English subject should also be there.
