i was studying bachelor of science in a college and my 1st year was in 2019 and i didn't att8the annual examas and now i wanna go to another college for bachelor of pharmacy ,but my current college providing me only a Running T.C (dropout mentioned in the t.c) and nothing else(M.C & C.C)whattodonow?

Hello aspirant,
Yes they will not provide you M.C and C.C as they both describes the character,personality and grades of the students, and you haven't completed the whole course also you didn't have first year exam also.
So you are not eligible for M.C and C.C.
