I was taking diploma after 10th and i quiet that program in 4th sem. And now i am passed 12th and taking BCA. So migration is necessary?

Migration certificate is necessary when you seek admission at any other university whether it is your home state or other . So in your case , as you said you have passed 12th std , so the college of your 12th std would have provided you a migration certificate . So migration certificate is necessary .
