I waste my one year after graduation due to my ill health is this 1 year gap affects my resume or is there value for my degree?

The gap is not a problem if there is a concrete reason behind it. A reason that makes sense. You should be able to explain the reason in an interesting manner. Prepare beforehand for the questions they ask in general and in any case don't tell a fake story you can be caught very easily, tell the truth whatever it may be but try to put it in an interesting manner.
