Prepare a timetable and don't waste time on unnecessary things. Time is important so you have to take care that your days are not wasted. Be consistent and practice everyday as practice makes a man perfect. Also concentrate on each subject equally. Don't pay attention only to one or two subjects. Since you have mentioned here that you wasted your 11th Standard then you must make sure that you start with basics. Clear your basics and then move on to 12th and then other reference books.
