i wasted my 11th class and then i focused on only 12th boards if i drop a year for iit then can i clear iit ???

If you are willing to take a drop one year for pursuing your dreams of getting into an IIT then it's definitely possible but you need to work for it.
For example, you need to be very sure about your strategy that and implement it to the fullest every single time use it for your studies. Moreover, you need to have a meter or a guider who can guide you in the right direction so that you do not feel confused any moment during your preparation.
