I wear spectacles with power -3.75 in both eye am I eligible for the b.tech course in marine engineering??

Chances seem very mediocre, as for marine Engineering there has to be precise eyesight range between +2.5 to -2.5 , Moroevver individual cannot be color bljnd and free from all diseases.



Corrective lenses are permitted but for deck department vision shoukd be 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in other eye.

Besides above all parameters, one has to even qualify for tests like Oral Health, Musculoskeletal system, Digestive, respiratory, nervous, genitourinary, Cardiovascular systems.



He must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as subjects and Minimum marks in PCM must be 60%.
