First of all Best of luck for your successful future. You can get into ISRO from many ways. You can into ISRO by completing B.E./ B.Tech with atleast crossing 7cgpa out of 10 in aggregate in the specific field.
Prepare for IIT'S and IISC because such Institutes can be advantageous for direct interships and training from ISRO which will benefit you for long term period.
