Hello Aspirant,
Yes definitely you will be eligible for CLAT 202, this is because it is the first time when CLAT is going to be conducted much earlier then it's usual schedule i.e. first week of May and CLAT 2023 will be conducted on December 18th 2022 but the admission process will be conducted in month May/June 2023 so by that time you must have got your result because until you submit your result your seat through CLAT would be provisional.

Hey!
Yes, you would be eligible for CLAT 2023 if you're giving your board exams this year. Other than that, you will have to fulfil other eligibility criteria as well.
CLAT 2023 will be held on December 18, 2022, according to the Consortium of National Law Universities. For the first time, the Common Law Admission Test, or CLAT, will be held in December rather than the first week of May, as is customary.
Candidates for UG-CLAT 2023 must have completed Class 12 or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 45 percent aggregate score (40 percent in the case of SC and ST candidates).
You are qualified to take CLAT 2023 if you are currently enrolled in Class 12 or an equivalent subject and are scheduled to take the board test in May or April 2022.
