Yes definately you are eligible to get admission in University of Delhi as per your choice of course but you need to score that much percentage with respect to cut-off percentage.

You can also apply for Jamia Millia Islamia, Ambedkar University, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Amity University, Sharda University, O.P Jindal global University, University of Mumbai etc.

Yes, after completion of 12th class from NIOS you wipp be eligible to take admission in colleges under Delhi University. There are various number of colleges all over India that recognise Class 12th from NIOS and hence you will be able to take admission in them.
